The aim is to celebrate and empower the subject's beauty and confidence, resulting in elegant and tasteful portraits.

To prepare for your boudoir session, I will send you a comprehensive PDF guide upon booking. This guide includes an outfit guide and valuable tips to ensure you feel confident and ready for your session. Additionally, we will schedule a Zoom call two weeks prior to your shoot to go over any final details and address any questions or concerns you may have. I'm here to support you every step of the way, ensuring you feel fully prepared and comfortable on the day of your shoot.

Not at all! Most clients are not professional models, and it's completely normal to have never done boudoir photography before. The experience is designed to be comfortable and empowering, regardless of your level of experience in front of the camera. Andrea is skilled at guiding you through poses and ensuring you feel confident and beautiful throughout the session.

Absolutely not! This is your photo shoot, and you should feel comfortable and confident in whatever you choose to wear. While lingerie can look stunning in photos, there are plenty of other options that can create beautiful images. Whether it's comfy pajamas, shorts and a tank top, leggings and a loose T-shirt, or a simple nightgown, the most important thing is that you feel like yourself and are happy with your outfit choice.

I fully understand that a boudoir photo shoot can feel vulnerable, and your privacy is my top priority. Your photos will be kept private through the editing process, and upon viewing your photos, you'll have the option to sign a model release. Whether you prefer to keep your photos entirely private or allow me to use them in a capacity you're comfortable with, the choice is yours.

While it's generally recommended to come alone to ensure the focus is solely on you during your boudoir session, I understand that having support can be important. When you arrive, the hair and makeup artist will be present for at least an hour and a half, allowing you to get comfortable with the setting. I strive to create a comfortable environment for you throughout the session. If you feel the need to bring someone with you, it's understandable. However, it's important that they remain positive and supportive, hyping you up throughout the session, without attempting to instruct or take over. This ensures that the experience remains focused on empowering you.

Andrea Joy Boudoir does offer payment plans for your convenience. These are arranged during the booking process, allowing you to spread out the cost of your session. However, please note that final payments must be made before you receive any products or digital images from your session.

For photo editing, I prioritize authenticity and showcasing your true beauty. While I believe in minimal editing to maintain your natural appearance, I do offer skin softening and minor blemish removal. However, I refrain from altering body shapes, removing tan lines, or editing large tattoos. During the session, I focus on utilizing posing and lighting techniques to highlight your best features. Exceptions can be discussed upon viewing the photos, ensuring your satisfaction with the final results.

After your boudoir session, we will do an in-person photo viewing. At that time you will get to choose which photos you would like and which photo collection works best for you. Once the final payment for the collection is made, you will receive your digital images and products. 

The studio is located 20 minutes Northeast of Little Rock, Arkansas. Andrea Joy Boudoir serves Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Des Arc, Cabot and surrounding areas.
